Abrimos esta entrega de LMR de la mano de nuestro clásico, The Fourth Dimension In Sound, del trompetista Shorty Rogers y su quinteto, publicado en 1962. De nuestro jazz más cercano escuchamos el último trabajo del batería Juanma Barroso, publicado el 2015 bajo el título Pyro’s Mood. Otra vista más en LMR al extraordinario trabajo del pianista armenio Tigran Hamasyan, esta vez de la mano de la formación que firmó el Shadow Theater pero en directo, en París, en el año 2013. Seguimos con el intercambio de jazz chileno y hoy conocemos el trabajo del trompetista Sebastián Jordán que junto a su quinteto firman este Trapecista, del año 2015. Y de la inacabable e inabarcable escuela cubana de jazz, nos llega otro talento, el saxofonista Ricardo Izquierdo. En el año 2014, firma este excelente Ida que escuchamos hoy. Y cerramos con nuestro clásico de la semana, ese The Fourth Dimension in Sound, del trompetista Shorty Rogers, publicado en 1962.
